Abstract(s)
No âmbito do projeto Co-creation Portugal – Link me up, o Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, aderiu à plataforma finlandesa Demola Global. Através de casos reais de problemas, os estudantes em conjunto com as empresas passam pelo processo de cocriação, com o apoio de facilitadores. Durante dez a doze semanas é desenvolvido o processo Demola, descrito em três fases principais: (i) descoberta; (ii) ideação e prototipagem; e (iii) refinação e entrega do produto final. No âmbito deste estudo de caso, a análise deste processo permitiu-nos concluir que: (i) A plataforma Miro, no contexto do projeto Demola, foi uma mais-valia para o desenvolvimento do trabalho em equipa, contribuindo para a literacia digital dos envolvidos. (ii) A plataforma Miro permitiu que as equipas não estejam dependentes das reuniões presenciais. (iii) As tecnologias digitais mostraram a sua importância ao nível de processos de cocriação.
Abstract: Under the Co-creation Portugal - Link me up project, the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, joined the Finnish platform Demola Global. Through real problem cases, the students together with the companies go through the co-creation process, with the support of facilitators. During ten to twelve weeks the Demola process is developed, described in three main phases: (i) discovery; (ii) ideation and prototyping; and (iii) refining and delivering the final product. In the scope of this case study, the analysis of this process allowed us to conclude that: (i) The Miro platform, in the context of the Demola project, was an asset for the development of teamwork, contributing to the digital literacy of those involved. (ii) The Miro platform allowed teams to be independent from face-to-face meetings. (iii) Digital technologies showed their importance at the level of co-creation processes.
