Abstract(s)
Numa pesquisa anterior (XXXX, 2023), com suporte numa revisão sistemática da literatura, procedeu-se à identificação e caracterização de modelos de formação de professores para o ensino online. Posteriormente, com base nas características desses modelos, foi construído um questionário que foi aplicado a um conjunto de especialistas internacionais previamente selecionados. Na presente pesquisa, com suporte no resultado da análise dos especialistas aos modelos de formação, pretendeu-se atingir dois objetivos: (i) Apresentar uma matriz das qualidades dos principais modelos de formação de professores, categorizada nas três principais dimensões do modelo TPACK; (ii) Conceber uma proposta de um modelo de formação de professores para o ensino online, tendo como base a matriz concebida. Foi adotada a metodologia design-base research por ser a mais adequada para a pesquisa educacional, especialmente, quando o objetivo é desenvolver soluções para o problema em estudo usando várias iterações de projeto-implementação- avaliação. Os resultados apresentam uma proposta de um modelo de formação de professores para o ensino online com o objetivo de proporcionar aos professores uma experiência de aprendizagem abrangente, alinhada com a atualidade, maximizando o potencial educativo online.
A previous study (XXXX, 2023), based on a systematic literature review, identified and characterized teacher training models for online teaching. Subsequently, based on the characteristics of these models, a questionnaire was constructed and applied to a group of previously selected international experts. This research, based on the results of the experts' analysis of the training models, aimed to achieve two objectives: (i) Present a matrix of the qualities of the main teacher training models, categorized into the main three dimensions of the TPACK model; (ii) Design a proposal for a teacher training model for online teaching, based on the matrix conceived. The design-base research methodology was adopted as it is the most suitable for educational research, especially when the aim is to develop solutions to the problem under study using several iterations of design-implementationevaluation. The results present a proposal for a teacher training model for online teaching with the aim of providing teachers with a comprehensive learning experience, in line with the times, maximizing online educational potential.
