O benefício que o uso de sítios web com conteúdo educativo traz para a comunidade académica é cada vez mais notório. Algumas das potencialidades dos sítios web educativos são: a eliminação de barreiras geográficas, pois os conteúdos estão disponíveis à distância de um clique; e a eliminação das barreiras temporais face à disponibilidade e acessibilidade dos conteúdos 24h por dia. A internet disponibiliza novas formas de ensino e aprendizagem mais interativas, colaborativas e dinâmicas com recurso a plataformas que possibilitam a criação de ambientes apropriados de aprendizagem, ricos em recursos que proporcionam experiências enriquecedoras e bidirecionais em rede. Oferecem diversas ferramentas atrativas e, cada vez mais, multiplataforma e multiutilizador para a construção e (re)utilização de conteúdos educativos, tornando a interação entre professores e alunos mais versátil e colaborativa. Importa também sublinhar que os sítios web são instrumentos cada vez mais indispensáveis nas diversas dinâmicas dos vários níveis de ensino e formação. A pandemia, que ainda enfrentamos, é a prova do quanto a utilização das tecnologias digitais, nomeadamente as tecnologias de videoconferência e plataformas de aprendizagem online, foram elementos importantes para garantir a continuidade do processo educativo. Face à importância que as plataformas digitais assumiram nos últimos dois anos (2020/2021), é importante refletir sobre a usabilidade, a acessibilidade e a funcionalidade que as mesmas oferecem no contexto educativo e qual o papel que assumem no futuro da educação. Nesta perspetiva e com o intuito de perceber as mudanças que possam ter sido promovidas pela fase pandémica que se atravessa, procedeu-se a uma análise sistemática da literatura de artigos científicos, dissertações e teses armazenadas nas principais bases bibliométricas (Web of Science, Scopus e Google Scholar), que se resumiu nas seguintes etapas: (i) formulação da questão; (ii) localização dos estudos nas bases bibliométricas; (iii) avaliação e seleção dos estudos, (iv) análise e síntese; e (v) relato sobre os resultados. Os principais resultados levam-nos a concluir que os aspetos que se destacaram na análise dos sites educativos foram: público-alvo a que se destina; interatividade; comunicação; layout e design; facilidade de uso; a presença de instrumentos web interativos, entre outros. Dada a massificação dos vários dispositivos móveis, não podemos esquecer também que o site deve ser responsivo, ou seja, que possa ser visualizado em qualquer dipositivo móvel. A educação é um dos pilares para a criação de uma sociedade orientada por valores justos e igualitários e a Internet é uma ferramenta que veio contribuir decisivamente para esse processo, possibilitando a criação de ambientes apropriados de aprendizagem e de partilha de experiências enriquecedoras. Esperamos com este trabalho contribuir para a identificação de uma matriz de diretrizes ou aspetos que as entidades educativas possam ter vindo a melhorar entretanto ou possam vir a fazê-lo num futuro próximo.
The benefit that the use of websites with educational content brings to the academic community is increasingly evident. Some of the potential of educational websites are: elimination of geographical barriers, as the contents are available at the distance of a click; and the elimination of time barriers in view of the availability and accessibility of content 24 hours a day. The internet provides new ways of teaching and learning that are more interactive, collaborative and dynamic using platforms that enable the creation of appropriate learning environments, rich in resources that provide enriching and bidirectional networked experiences. more, multiplatform and multi-user for the construction and (re)use of educational content, making the interaction between teachers and students more versatile and collaborative. It is also important to emphasize that websites are increasingly indispensable tools in the different dynamics of the various levels of education and training. The pandemic, which we are still facing, is proof of how the use of digital technologies, namely videoconferencing technologies and online learning platforms, were important elements to ensure the continuity of the educational process. Given the importance that digital platforms have assumed in the last two years (2020/2021), it is important to reflect on the usability, accessibility and functionality they offer in the educational context and what role they play in the future of education. In this perspective and in order to understand the changes that may have been promoted by the pandemic phase that is going through, a systematic analysis of the literature of scientific articles, dissertations and theses stored in the main bibliometric databases (Web of Science, Scopus and Google Scholar), which was summarized in the following steps: (i) formulation of the question; (ii) location of studies in bibliometric databases; (iii) evaluation and selection of studies, (iv) analysis and synthesis; and (v) reporting on results. The main results lead us to conclude that the aspects that stood out in the analysis of educational sites were: target audience; interactivity; Communication; layout and design; ease of use; the presence of interactive web instruments, among others. Given the widespread use of various mobile devices, we cannot forget that the website must be responsive, that is, that it can be viewed on any mobile device. Education is one of the pillars for the creation of a society guided by fair and egalitarian values and the Internet is a tool that has decisively contributed to this process, enabling the creation of appropriate learning environments and the sharing of enriching experiences. We hope with this work to contribute to the identification of a matrix of guidelines or aspects that educational entities may have improved in the meantime or may do so in the near future
