Abstract(s)
As tunas universitárias são constituídas essencialmente por estudantes e ex-estudantes das diversas instituições de ensino superior (institutos politécnicos e universidades) que partilham valores em comum tais como: o gosto pela música, a amizade, o companheirismo e a fraternidade, a boémia, mas também, a solidariedade orientada para as causas sociais. A solidariedade é um conceito que merece a atenção de todos, e que deve ser colocada em prática no quotidiano, de modo a termos uma sociedade mais inclusiva. Participar em desafios de carácter social deve ser um objetivo de todos nós e a adoção de hábitos solidários não só contribui para o crescimento pessoal como também para uma sociedade e para um futuro melhor. Com o passar dos anos, o investimento das tunas nas causas sociais tem vindo a ser um assunto que não passa despercebido, encontrando-se por isso na agenda do dia deste género de grupos universitários, despertando a atenção dos estudantes para os problemas atuais da sociedade. Numa pesquisa exploratória realizada na web, entre 3 de janeiro e 16 de fevereiro de 2022, procurou-se identificar um conjunto de tunas de tipologia mista que promoveram e organizaram projetos de índole solidário com o objetivo de apoiar instituições locais ou pessoas com problemas muitos específicos. Esta pesquisa incidiu na última década, designadamente, entre 2012 a 2022. Das ações promovidas pelas tunas nesta década, destaca-se a recolha de produtos para estudantes carenciados, angariação de bens para famílias debilitadas, doação de bilheteiras de espetáculos, entre outros. O principal objetivo destes gestos, que para as Tunas podem ser pequenos, mas para as pessoas desfavorecidas podem fazer uma grande diferença, é ajudar a transformar a vida de quem realmente necessita. Concluída a pesquisa pudemos verificar que, das várias regiões de Portugal, a região Norte é a que mais contribui para as causas sociais organizadas por tunas mistas, onde se destacaram apenas quatro. Já na região centro, destacamos apenas três tunas. Na região do algarve, identificou-se apenas uma tuna mista que realiza também um evento de caracter social. Destacamos apenas estas tunas pelo facto de organizarem iniciativas ou eventos com maior relevo no que diz respeito a solidariedade. Podemos ainda referir que o distrito mais apoiado por eventos de índole social no mundo tunae é o distrito de Bragança, onde destacamos o trabalho realizado pela RaussTuna - Tuna Mista de Bragança (TMB) do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, em que todos os anos realiza o seu festival solidário e onde apresenta um leque de atividades na área social. Podemos concluir com esta pesquisa que, cada vez mais, estes eventos têm um papel bastante importante aos olhos da sociedade, ajudando a diminuir o estigma de que as tunas não se preocupam com este género de temáticas
The university tunas are essentially made up of students and ex-students from various higher education institutions (polytechnic institutes and universities) who share common values such as: love of music, friendship, fellowship and fraternity, bohemian, but also, to solidarity oriented towards social causes. Solidarity is a concept that deserves everyone's attention, and that should be placed in non-daily practice, in order to have a more inclusive society. Participating in challenges of a social nature must be an objective of all of us and the adoption of solidary habits does not only contribute to personal growth as well as to a society and to a better future. As two years go by, the investment of tunas in social causes is becoming an issue that does not go unnoticed, finding itself in the daily agenda of this kind of university groups, awakening the attention of two students to the current problems of society. An exploratory research carried out on the web, between January 3 and February 16, 2022, sought to identify a set of groups of mixed typology that will promote and organize projects of a solidarity nature with the objective of supporting local institutions or people with very specific problems. This research focused on the last decade, specifically, between 2012 and 2022. The actions promoted by the tunas in this decade, stand out the collection of products for underprivileged students, the acquisition of benefits for weakened families, the donation of tickets for shows, among others. The main objective of these gestures, which for Tunas can be small, but for disadvantaged people can make a big difference, and help transform the life that they really need. Upon completion of the research, we can verify that, of the various regions of Portugal, the North region is the one that contributes the most to social causes organized by mixed tunas, where only four stand out. In central region, we highlight only three prickly pears. In the region of the Algarve, we can only identify a mixed group that also performs an event of a social nature. We only highlight these prickly pears that actually organize initiatives or events with greater relief, not that I say respect for solidarity. We can still refer that the district most supported by events of a social nature in the tunae world is the district of Bragança, where we highlight the work carried out by the RaussTuna - Tuna Mista de Bragança (TMB) of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, in which it performs every year or its solidarity festival and where it presents a series of activities in the social area. We can conclude with this research that these events have a very important role in the eyes of society, helping to reduce the stigma that tunas do not care about with this kind of themes
