Abstract(s)
Innovation, whether incremental or radical, is the successful exploration of new ideas. To this end, different tools can be used to generate ideas, analyze problems or design thinking that led to the development of innovative products or services through co-creation processes. Design thinking can be seen as a critical and creative thinking process that allows you to organize information and ideas, make decisions, improve situations and acquire knowledge, whatever the area of application. This process offers a solution-based approach to problem solving. In this context, the co-creation process can be implemented through different processes, such as the Walt Disney creative process or the Demola process. The first aims to explore an idea from several complementary points of view, that is, according to three different Disney roles: (i) the Dreamer, (ii) the Designer and (iii) the Critic. The second can be described in three main phases: (i) the discovery phase; (ii) the ideation and prototyping phase; and (iii) the refining and delivery phase. In the discovery phase, the diagnosis and understanding of the problem an carried out (using tools such as mind maps, problem trees and PESTLE analysis). Through the Miro platform, critical thinking and team spirit are developed to discover and reflect on the challenge or problem. Then, the ideation phase allows for a self and hetero assessment of the processes in order to reposition themselves within the context. Brainwriting, design research and affinity diagram models, as well as lowfidelity prototypes can be some of the models to use. Finally, in refining, a high-fidelity prototype is presented to present a solution to the challenge or problem. In all project collaboration phases, the Miro platform allows the collaborative use of models, through the creation of an interactive and collaborative framework that allows its editing, work by videoconference and the presentation of the results of the work online, among other functionalities. Without wanting to contradict the popular saying that “A lot helps those who don't get in the way”, it can be said that “The attitude of a tuna is everything”. So, “if you can't help, don't hinder. The important thing is to participate”. But to help, each element of a tuna or group of elements can collaboratively use digital technologies to innovate and cocreate new projects. This is the main motto of this communication by presenting tools to promote collaborative work and innovation in co-creation processes with digital technologies. Methodologically, this communication corresponds to a literature review of concepts and digital technologies that can stimulate innovation in co-creation processes
