HOW IT CAN BE DONE Adoption of good practices in the handling of raw materials and equipment; consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE); strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards. BENEFITS Enhanced microbiological safety of the product; extended shelf life; reduction of losses for the producer.
