Abstract(s)
A Covid-19 trouxe alteração de processos adaptativos da sociedade em geral, e à vida académica em particular. Este estudo teve como objetivo perceber como os estudantes do curso superior de Licenciatura em Educação Social de uma instituição do ensino superior do Norte de Portugal, se adaptaram emocionalmente durante o primeiro confinamento pela Covid-19. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, correlacional e transversal. Para a recolha de dados foi aplicado um questionário online. A amostra incluiu 123 estudantes, sendo 109 do sexo feminino e 14 do sexo masculino, com a faixa etária predominante dos 19-29 anos. Verificou-se que 80,5% referiu sentir-se preocupada/o, 70,7% cansada/o e 52,8% nervosa/o. Encontraram-se diferenças estatisticamente significativas na componente sociocognitiva das emoções consoante o sexo (p<0,05). Os dados sugerem dificuldades na adaptação desta população requerendo a exploração de outras variáveis em estudos futuros
