Abstract(s)
O presente artigo centra-se na educação não formal e nas perceções e potencialidades
identificadas pelos estudantes e orientadores institucionais nos contextos de educação não
formal. Considerando as suas especificidades, quisemos saber que perceções têm os
estudantes e os orientadores institucionais sobre as potencialidades formativas dos contextos
não formais e qual o contributo das mesmas para a formação inicial do futuro
educador/professor. Para orientar a resposta a esta questão delineamos os seguintes
objetivos: i) conhecer e analisar as perceções dos estudantes e orientadores institucionais
sobre as potencialidades formativas reconhecidas nos espaços educativos não formais e ii)
perceber qual o seu contributo para a formação inicial. Como instrumentos de recolha de dados
recorremos ao inquérito por questionário, misto, para os estudantes e ao inquérito por
questionário, questões abertas para os orientadores institucionais. Como técnica de análise de
dados, recorremos à análise estatística e à análise de conteúdo
