Abstract(s)
O principal objetivo deste trabalho foi a aprendizagem de como obter um orçamento com base em todas as peças envolvidas tanto num parque infantil, como num espaço com mobiliário urbano, ou até com base de sinalética. Os trabalhos foram registados através de desenho em AutoCDA® e todo o seu processo que leva à definição do projeto é elaborado, tendo em conta os processos de produção, e enviado ao cliente.
Após estas duas fases, normalmente surge a fase de concurso, onde são elaborados certos documentos, dos quais é necessária uma pesquisa sobre o caderno de encargos, o espaço onde vai ser implantado e avaliado todo o processo necessário para a obra, bem como desenhado com mais detalhe e ainda é feita uma planificação do que será efetuado durante a obra.
Por fim, a fase de adjudicações, onde o material que foi orçamentado e desenhado, é finalmente adjudicado pelo cliente, e a partir daí a obra começa, uma vez o contrato assinado, e assim começa a ser efetuada a produção do que foi adjudicado.
É de realçar, que desde o momento em que a estagiária chegou à empresa até ao final de estágio, era notória a falta de informação que tinha em alguns aspetos, foram cometidos erros iniciais, bem como a primeira interação com novos softwares que estavam a ser utilizados, sofreu algumas dificuldades, e errou em alguns momentos, e tentou melhorar. Por fim foi bastante notória a diferença do primeiro dia para o último, uma vez que fo imelhorando ao longos dos meses.
The main objective of this work was to learn how to obtain a quote based on all the parts involved in a children's playground, a space with street furniture or even a signage base. The work was recorded using AutoCAD® drawings and the entire process leading to the definition of the project was drawn up, considering the production processes, and sent to the client. After these two phases, there is usually the tendering phase, where certain documents are drawn up, including research into the specifications, the space where it will be located and an assessment of all the processes required for the work, as well as a more detailed design and planning of what will be done during the work. Finally, the contracting phase, where the material that has been budgeted and designed is finally awarded by the client, and from there the work begins, once the contract has been signed, and the production of what has been awarded begins. It should be emphasised that from the moment the trainee arrived at the company until the end of the internship, the lack of information she had on some aspects was noticeable, initial mistakes were made, as well as the first interaction with new software that was being used, she suffered some difficulties, and made mistakes at times, and tried to improve. Finally, the difference between the first day and the last was quite noticeable, as he improved over the months.
