Abstract(s)
This communication intends to share a continuous training experience in b-learning through videoconference and using a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), highlighting its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the reflection and result achieved in a MOOC provided within the scope of a teacher's professional activity. The diversification of pedagogical tools available to the teacher allows him to implement different forms of teaching and learning, which avoid the mere exposition of contents. Teacher training was one of the ways teachers could acquire new knowledge about new teaching strategies and new tools in order to innovate the learning process. Therefore, participating in the training workshop "MOOC: an educational technology of the future", using a "MOOC on MOOCs and other educational technologies" and debating in small and large group different themes through videoconference Colibri Zoom, was a very interesting challenge. Taking into account the needs of the teachers of the group of teachers involved in the study, namely with regard to the use and manipulation of the available Google Drive cloud, the decision was made to create a free course in MOOC mode, at your own pace, could overcome difficulties and acquire knowledge about the use and management of your cloud. To this end, the course "Google Drive - train teachers" was created, which includes videos, questionnaires and learning tasks, formative assessments and evaluation of the course itself. The first idea was to meet the needs of the teachers in the group, however, it has quickly emerged how much more comprehensive, far more comprehensive sharing is possible. Although different from the classroom, the Udemy platform allows interaction with the content and the trainees, individual monitoring of each one, as well as their progress in learning. The main purpose of this work was to study a case that intended to evaluate the impact of the MOOC course "Google Drive - train teachers" from the perspective of the trainees through either a questionnaire survey and the analysis tools provided by the Udemy platform itself.
