A escola pública enquanto instituição responsável pela capacitação dos
jovens necessita de se adaptar às exigências da sociedade atual. A necessidade de
uma transição digital que possibilite uma incorporação plena das tecnologias digitais
no seio do processo e aprendizagem é, ainda, um enorme desafio, apesar das
diferentes tentativas de transformação ao longo das últimas décadas. A mais
recente iniciativa governamental, o programa de transformação digital da Escolas,
estabelece a necessidade de estas elaborarem e implementarem um Plano de Ação
de Desenvolvimento Digital das Escolas (PADDE). Pretende-se que as instituições
incorporem as tecnologias digitais com vista à melhoria da sua eficiência, que essas
tecnologias possam contribuir para a mudança das práticas pedagógicas,
promovendo as aprendizagens dos alunos de forma ativa. Este desiderato reveste-
se de complexidade e enfrenta dificuldades e constrangimentos que condicionam a
consecução dessa pretensão. Este trabalho, com base numa metodologia
qualitativa, baseada essencialmente em análise documental, pretende identificar as
dificuldades na elaboração do PADDE, no Agrupamento de Escolas de Alfândega
da Fé, mais concretamente identificar constrangimentos na construção da equipa,
no processo de recolha de dados, interpretação dos parâmetros da Selfie, no
tratamento dos dados recolhidos e na estruturação do próprios PADDE. Os
resultados, antes de mais, tornaram a problemática da elaboração do PADDE mais
consciente, o que pode ser útil para equipas que, noutras escolas, estejam a
elaborar o PADDE.
The public school, as an institution responsible for the education of young people, needs to adapt to the demands of today's society. The need for a digital transition that enables full incorporation of digital technologies within the teaching and learning process remains a significant challenge, despite various transformation attempts over the last decades. The most recent governmental initiative, the Schools' Digital Transformation Program, establishes the need for schools to develop and implement a Digital School Development Action Plan (PADDE). The aim is for institutions to incorporate digital technologies to improve their efficiency and to contribute to changing pedagogical practices, promoting active student learning. However, this endeavor is complex and faces difficulties and constraints that hinder its achievement. This work, based on a qualitative methodology primarily focused on document analysis, aims to identify difficulties in developing the PADDE at the Alfândega da Fé School Group, specifically identifying constraints in team building, data collection processes, interpretation of Selfie parameters, treatment of collected data, and structuring of the PADDE itself. The results have made the issue of PADDE development more apparent, which may be helpful for teams in other schools currently developing their PADDE.
