Abstract(s)
Os repositórios são plataformas de integração e partilha que permitem o livre acesso à
produção científica produzida pelas comunidades académicas e que promovem a visibilidade e
notoriedade dessas mesmas comunidades. São um garante da preservação da memória
científica, regional e/ou cultural e induzem um impacto relevante na economia e na sociedade
em geral. O que se pretende neste estudo é aferir qual o impacto que os repositórios do
Instituto Politécnico Bragança (IPB) têm na comunidade académica, mas também na
comunidade externa. Verificar qual o impacto que a inovação e transferência de conhecimento
realizada no IPB têm na ciência, na indústria e na sociedade em geral. Esta confirmação será
realizada com base em estatísticas internas, em métricas disponibilizadas por bases de dados
externas e em dados fornecidos pela atividade económica. Serão mencionados os três
repositórios IPB: Biblioteca Digital, Repositório de Memória Regional e Repositório de Dados,
publicação de outputs e dados de investigação.
