O estágio curricular do curso de Mestrado em Engenharia Industrial, do Instituto
Politécnico de Bragança foi concretizado na empresa dst group – Building Culture,
com a duração de 1134 horas, no departamento de compras da dte Instalações Especiais,
com a função atribuída de responsável de compras dos materiais elétricos, hidráulicos,
AVAC, entre outros, necessários para a conceção de um edifício.
Ao longo dos últimos anos, o setor da Construção Civil tem sofrido uma profunda
crise, provocada pela recessão da economia mundial, que conduziu à queda dos principais
indicadores do sector como por exemplo: O número de empresa; O número de
trabalhadores e a redução do volume de negócios. As empresas adaptaram-se e criaram
os departamentos de compras, para adquirir os materiais necessários a um preço mais
acessível, e assim aumentar a margem de lucro.
As atividades desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio podem ser agrupadas em cinco
grandes áreas: Elaboração de mapas comparativos, Adjudicação de pedidos de compra;
Formalização de contratos de subempreitada; Registo da evolução dos processos na base
de dados da empresa; Atividade de Procurement. Além disto, propus-me a realizar outras
atividades fundamentais como: a criação de um mapa comparativo de avaliação de
subempreiteiros e sourcing.
The curricular internship of the Master's course in Industrial Engineering, from the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança was carried out in the company dst group – Building Culture, lasting 1134 hours, in the purchasing department of dte Instalações Especiais. With the role of responsible for purchasing electrical, hydraulic and AVAC materials, among others, necessary for the design of a building. Over the past few years, the civil construction sector has suffered a profound crisis. Caused by the recession of the world economy, which led to the fall of the main indicators of the sector such as: The number of companies; The number of workers and the reduction in turnover. Companies have adapted and created purchasing departments, to acquire the necessary materials at a more affordable price, and thus increase the profit margin. The activities developed during the internship can be grouped into five major areas: Elaboration of comparative maps, Adjudication of purchase orders; Formalization of subcontracting contracts; Record of the evolution of processes in the company's database; Procurement activity. In addition to this, I set out to carry out other fundamental activities such as: the creation of a comparative map of subcontractors assessment and sourcing.
