| dc.description.abstract | O surgimento de patologias nos edifícios ao longo de sua vida útil, que condiciona o seu correto funcionamento, leva com que seja necessário realizar intervenções para garantir as exigências normativas e o adequado funcionamento da estrutura. O reforço de estruturas, quando aplicado em edifícios, é uma intervenção que visa melhorar ou corrigir anomalias verificadas durante a vida útil do edifício. Esse reforço tem como consequência a garantia da funcionalidade e aumento significativo da segurança estrutural, prolongando a durabilidade da estrutura, assegurando a sua longevidade, oferecendo maior confiabilidade e agregando maior valor de mercado ao edifício (1). Este trabalho apresenta uma solução de reforço estrutural, tendo como caso de estudo o “Edifício dos Serviços Centrais do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança”. As manifestações patológicas presentes no edifício motivaram a realização deste trabalho. Para melhor compreender à cerca das manifestações patológicas e as técnicas de reforço estrutural, realizou-se um estudo de artes, expondo as patologias mais comuns nos edifícios e as técnicas de reforço mais amplamente utilizadas. Em seguida, foi feito um levantamento e exposição das patologias existentes no edifício, seguido um estudo de diagnóstico das patologias. Foi realizado uma análise estrutural com modelação da estrutura do edifício no software de cálculo automático CypeCad. Esta análise contempla um estudo comparativo entre a regulamentação Portuguesa (RSA e REBAP) e a regulamentação Europeia (EUROCODIGOS Estruturais). O trabalho culminará com a apresentação de solução de reforço para as lajes do edifício e a correção das patologias identificadas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The emergence of pathologies in buildings throughout their life, which conditions its correct functioning, leads to interventions to be carried out to ensure the normative requirements and the proper functioning of the structure. The reinforcement of structures, when applied in buildings, is a crucial intervention that aims to improve or correct anomalies during the life of the building. This reinforcement of has consequently the guarantee of functionality and significant increase in structural safety, prolonging the durability of the structure, ensuring its longevity, offering greater reliability adding greater market value to the building. This work presents a structural reinforcement solution, having as case study the "Central Services Building of the Polytechnic the Bragança". The pathological manifestations present in the building motivated this work. To better understand the manifestations of pathologies and structural reinforcement techniques, a study was carried out on the arts, exposing the most common pathologies in buildings and the most widely used reinforcement techniques. Then, a survey and exposure of the existing pathologies in the building was made, followed by a diagnostic study of the pathologies. A structural analysis will be performed with modeling of the building structure in the automatic calculation software CypeCad. This analysis includes a comparative study between the Portuguese regulation (RSA and REBAP) and the European regulation (EUROCODES Structural). The work will culminate with the presentation of reinforcement solution for building slabs and correction of identified pathologies. | pt_PT |
