- Influencia de los intereses marítimos en el economía de EcuadorPublication . Pacheco, Gustavo; Guarda, Teresa; Victor, José Avelino M.; Lopes, Isabel Maria; Augusto, Maria FernandaLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los Intereses Marítimos en la economía del Ecuador durante los años 2012 al 2017, basado en los conceptos de la doctrina básica de la Armada del Ecuador y la teoría económica que permita demostrar la importancia del territorio marítimo ecuatoriano en la actividad económica. En ese sentido, en primer lugar se menciona los conceptos referentes a los componentes de los Intereses Marítimos. Luego, se pretende determinar la Conciencia Marítima del Ecuador a través de un modelo de regresión lineal durante el periodo propuesto. Además, se calcula los Recursos Pesqueros con respecto al Continente Americano basado en la ecuación de Índice de ventaja comparativa. Asimismo, se analiza la influencia de los puertos, infraestructura y flota mercante ecuatoriana en la economía del país; la infraestructura y ciencia y tecnología con respecto al Producto Interno Bruto (PIB); los organismos internacionales como instrumentos jurídicos para la explotación de los recursos del mar. Por último, se analiza el componente de Economía Marítima con respecto al PIB del Ecuador durante ese periodo.

Service providers are beginning to design new business models that consider the smart things scenario, providing sensing as a service (SaaS). This article aims to provide insight into the Mobile CrowdSensing application environment by focusing on issues related to privacy of participant.

According to Symantec, more than 6 hundreds of companies per day are targeted for Phishing, specifically Business E-Mail Compromise (BEC). In it, criminals pass through a central figure in the company, usually the CEO, and try to extract information or get employees to transfer money. This type of attack has generated in the last years losses of billions of dollars for the businesses affected. It is urgent that all company employees and individuals know as soon as possible what Phishing is and what steps to take.
