| dc.description.abstract | O parque habitacional português tem grandes necessidades de reabilitações. Segundo a legislação nacional relativa ao desempenho energético dos edifícios, os edifícios novos deverão ter, ao final do ano de 2020, necessidades quase nulas de energia. Os edifícios existentes tenderão a seguir o mesmo caminho, embora com objetivos diferenciados, consoante a sua categoria. O presente trabalho foi realizado para estudo das potencialidades e limitações da aplicação do conceito Passive House, quando comparado com a metodologia regulamentar no contexto da certificação energética. O Enerphit define requisitos de eficiência energética para reabilitação de edifícios e é um dos tipos de certificado emitido pelo Passive House Institute, considerado o conceito com o padrão de eficiência energética mais alto do mundo. O trabalho apresenta, a partir de simulações realizadas pelo autor, resultados do projeto de reabilitação térmica de duas frações de um edifício habitacional, realocado em três localidades com diferentes altitudes e zoneamentos e com aplicação de diferentes cenários, utilizando requisitos regulamentares e os da Passive House, tendo em vista refletir nas potencialidades e limitações do conceito Passive House no caso de uma grande reabilitação. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The Portuguese housing stock has great rehabilitation needs. According to the national legislation on the energy performance of buildings, new buildings are expected to have almost zero energy needs, by the end of 2020. Existing buildings will tend to follow the same path, although with different objectives, depending on their category. The present work was carried out to study the potentialities and limitations of the application of the Passive House concept, when compared to the regulatory methodology in the context of energy certification. Enerphit sets energy efficiency requirements for building rehabilitation and is one of the types of certificate issued by the Passive House Institute, considered the concept with the highest energy efficiency standard in the world. The work presents, from simulations carried out by the author, results of the thermal rehabilitation project of two fractions of a residential building, reallocated in three locations with different altitudes and zoning and applying different scenarios, using regulatory requirements and those of Passive House, in order to reflect on the potentialities and limitations of the Passive House concept in case of major rehabilitation. | pt_PT |
