Abstract(s)
A auditoria energética predial possui grande importância na concepção atual da busca pela poupança de energia. Torna-se dessa maneira, o ponto inicial para a visualização dos consumos e, portanto, a percepção dos desperdícios nos sistemas de consumo. Como é sugerido pela União Europeia, nas políticas públicas a eficiência energética tem destaque na diretiva conhecida como 20/20/20, sendo umas das partes, para os países consolidarem uma redução de pelo menos 20% nessa área, até o ano de 2020. Outra parte relativa ao programa é a implementação de fontes renováveis, seguindo o percentual para a ampliação desse tipo de medida, promovendo a produção distribuída. Portanto, a análise dos consumos segue, também, do entendimento dos fatores circundantes ao objeto de estudo, assim como, de sua função e funcionamento. Deste modo, a compreensão da faturação e de como ocorre a tarifação promove uma base para a economia financeira, benefício primordial no âmbito dos negócios. Para finalizar, a auditoria prevê a formulação de medidas que buscam gerar melhorias em diversos cenários, como estrutural, o ambiental, o financeiro e sempre preocupando-se com o conforto das instalações.
Building energy auditing is of great importance in the current conception of the search for energy saving. In this way, it becomes the starting point for the consumption visualization and, therefore, the perception of the waste in the consumption systems. As suggested by the European Union, in public policies energy efficiency is highlighted in the directive known as 20/20/20, with one of the parties, for countries to consolidate a reduction of at least 20% in this area by 2020. Another part related to the program is the implementation of renewable sources, following the percentage for the expansion of this type of measure, promoting distributed production. Therefore, the analysis of consumptions also follows the understanding of the factors surrounding the object of study, as well as their function and operation. Thus, the understanding of billing and how pricing occurs provides a basis for financial savings, a primary benefit in the business environment. Finally, the audit foresees the formulation of measures that seek to generate improvements in various scenarios, such as structural, environmental, financial and always worrying about the comfort of the facilities.
