Com o mercado da indústria alimentar cada dia mais exigente é necessário que os cuidados com os alimentos sejam redobrados, esta demanda afeta diretamente Cabo Verde na medida em que é um país que sobrevive maioritariamente do turismo.
Foi necessário efetuar um estudo minucioso, de modo a avaliar as necessidades que o mercado alimentar ainda apresenta para os consumidores, e prestar um serviço que seja útil para os empresários que estejam a atuar nesta área e que tenham interesse em melhorar a qualidade dos seus serviços.
A Taste of Sal, surge da necessidade de haver uma empresa cujo objetivo principal seja o desenvolvimento do mercado alimentar local.
O capítulo 4 é uma abordagem teórica da metodologia de auditoria continua que será adotada pela empresa, este método é eficaz e prático na medida em que não há quebras na produção ou no processo de trabalho, tornando-se mais fácil para o manipulador perceber e retificar os seus erros e, adicionalmente este tipo de abordagem torna-se menos cansativo e monótono.
A empresa pretende implementar parâmetros a partir de conceitos já existentes, mas que em Cabo Verde, ainda não estão a funcionar de forma eficaz. Estas medidas são de carater obrigatório para grandes empresas, como hotéis e resorts que são certificados pelo tripadviser e Travellife.
Com efeito, com o crescente fluxo turístico de que o país tem sido alvo ao longo dos tempos, a necessidade de serem aplicados estes critérios de segurança alimentar é cada vez mais evidente.
O principal objetivo desta dissertação é estudar a viabilidade da criação de uma empresa de controlo de qualidade alimentar com foco em pequenas empresas locais, inicialmente da Ilha do Sal e posteriormente das restantes ilhas do arquipélago.
With the ever-demanding food industry market, food care needs to be redoubled, this demand directly affects Cape Verde as it is a country that survives mostly from tourism. A thorough this study was needed to assess, the needs that the food market still has for consumers, and to provide a service that is useful to entrepreneurs working in this area who are interested in improving the quality of their services. Taste of Sal arises from the need for a company, whose main goal is the development of the local food market. Chapter 4 is a theoretical approach to the continuous audit methodology that will be adopted by the company, this method is effective and practical as there are no breaks in the production or work process, making it easier for the handler to understand and rectify their mistakes and additionally this kind of approach becomes less tiring and monotonous. The company intends to implement parameters from existing concepts, but which in Cape Verde are not yet working effectively. These measures are mandatory for large companies such as hotels and resorts that are certified by tripadviser and Travellife. Indeed, with the growing tourist flow that the country has been experiencing over time, the need to apply these food security criteria is becoming increasingly evident. The main goal of this dissertation is to study the viability of creating a food quality control company focused on small local companies, initially from Sal Island and later from the other islands of the archipelago.
