Abstract(s)
A finalidade principal deste estudo é conhecer as características
específicas dos emigrantes regressados definitivamente ao Nordeste Interior e,
bem assim, avaliar a forma como se processa a sua reintegração no meio que
haviam abandonado em circunstâncias difíceis. Pretende-se igualmente verificar
se os emigrantes regressados poderão ou não constituir um factor de
modificação e inovação das condições sócio-económicas da região, no sentido
de poderem transformar-se em catalizadores de desenvolvimento.
The main purpose of this studio is to analyse the specific characteristics
of the definitive return of emigrants to the inland of Portuguese north-east
and to appreciate the process of their reintegration in the community they had
left in difficult circumstances. The study also pretend to verify if the emigrants
will represent or not an agent of modification and innovation of social and
economic conditions of the region, in the way they may contribute for its
development.
Cette étude se propose d'analyser les caractéristiques spécifiques du retour définitif des émigrants à l'intérieur du nord-est portugais, et d'apprécier
les conditions de leur réintégration dans la communauté qu'ils avaient quitté
dans des circonstances très difficiles. L'étude permet aussi de vérifier si les
émigrants retournés pourront ou non constituer un agent de changement et
d'innovation des conditions socio-économiques de la région, de telle façon
qu'ils puissent contribuer au processus de développement.
