| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo conhecer a percepção dos colaboradores do Centro de Ciências Humanas Sociais e Agrárias - CCHSA/UFPB e do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança - IPB sobre a temática Responsabilidade Social em Instituições de Ensino Superior – RSIES. O estudo foi direcionado aos colaboradores das IES, em que se obteve um total de 124 questionários respondidos (54 do CCHSA/UFPB e 70 do IPB). Foram elaboradas questões de investigação para dar resposta ao objetivo geral, com os resultados obtidos através do cálculo da média. Para a realização do estudo comparativo, foram elaboradas três hipóteses de investigação, que foram submetidas a testes de hipóteses realizados no Statistic SPSS-IBM versão 25, considerando as respostas dadas pela escala de Likert de 1 a 5. Após conhecer, fez-se uma análise comparativa entre as duas instituições em que foi possível verificar que os colaboradores do CCHSA/UFPB têm maior percepção sobre RSIES do que os colaboradores do IPB. Também ficou comprovado que os docentes têm maior percepção do que os não docentes. Por fim, constatou-se que o género dos colaboradores do IPB não influencia na percepção sobre o assunto. Com a análise fatorial, verificou-se qual fator tem mais influência sobre a percepção dos colaboradores e o resultado foi de que o fator que mais contribui é o voltado para o incentivo e apoio à investigação. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This work has as main objective to know the perception of the collaborators of the Center for Social and Agrarian Human Sciences - CCHSA/UFPB and of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança - IPB on the theme Social Responsibility in Higher Education Institutions - SRHEI. The study was aimed at the employees of the HEIs, in which a total of 124 answered questionnaires were obtained (54 from the CCHSA/UFPB and 70 from the IPB). Research questions were elaborated to answer the general objective, with the results obtained through the calculations of the average. To carry out the comparative study, three research hypotheses were elaborated, which were submitted to hypothesis tests performed in the Statistic SPSS-IBM version 25, considering the answers given by the Likert scale from 1 to 5. After knowing, a comparative analysis between the two institutions in which it was possible to verify that the collaborators of the CCHSA/UFPB have a greater perception of SRHEI than collaborators of the IPB. It was also proven that professors have greater perception than non-professors. Finally, it was found that the gender of IPB employees does not influence the perception of the subject. With the factor analysis, it was verified which factor has the most influence on the employees' perception and the result was that the factor that contributes the most is the one aimed at encouraging and supporting the investigation. | pt_PT |
