A dança é uma atividade social, cultural e económica da indústria do entretenimento, com um importante papel na socialização das pessoas, bem como no desenvolvimento e satisfação pessoal. Um pouco por todo mundo, a dança, nos seus diferentes estilos, tem-se constituído numa fonte de rendimentos para um número expressivo de pessoas. É neste âmbito que se desenvolve este trabalho, que tem como objetivo a elaboração de um plano de negócio para uma empresa direcionada para o ensino da dança do estilo Kizomba por meio de um aplicativo digital. Os resultados obtidos, com recurso a uma metodologia qualitativa e fundamentalmente descritiva, com recurso a um estudo de caso, evidenciam que, na sua globalidade, a dança constitui um meio que proporciona bem-estar, pelo que necessário. Neste âmbito, o aplicativo proposto (Kizomba School App) apresenta-se como uma forma de acesso à sua aprendizagem e com um estudo de mercado que aponta para um bom nível de aceitação por parte dos potenciais clientes, efeito que se vê potenciado no tempo como consequência dos efeitos da pandemia causada pelo Covid-19 que, ao obrigar as pessoas a permanecer em casa, foi criando e instalando novas rotinas e, consequentemente, um recurso crescente a este tipo de aplicativos para darem continuidade e/ou iniciarem as suas aulas de dança. O plano desenvolvido, sustentado numa análise económico-financeira, permitiu concluir que o negócio é viável, porque lucrativo e sustentável no tempo, as razões que se procuraram para acreditar neste projeto.

The results obtained, using a qualitative and fundamentally descriptive methodology, using a case study, show that, in its entirety, dance constitutes a means that provides well-being, for what is necessary. In this context, the proposed application (Kizomba School App) presents itself as a way of accessing their learning and with a market study that points to a good level of acceptance by potential customers, an effect that is enhanced in time as consequence of the effects of the pandemic caused by Covid-19, which, by forcing people to stay at home, created and installed new routines and, consequently, an increasing use of this type of applications to continue and / or start their classes. dance. The developed plan, supported by an economic-financial analysis, allowed us to conclude that the business is viable, because it is profitable and sustainable over time, the reasons that were sought to believe in this project.
