A transformação digital tem sido uma realidade cada vez mais presente na sociedade, e vem impactando diversos setores, incluindo a educação. No contexto de Moçambique, com a adoção de tecnologias digitais, é possível proporcionar novas formas de aprendizado e ensino, tornando o processo educacional mais dinâmico e eficiente, e é importante analisar os impactos dessa transformação no ensino superior. Nesse contexto, o presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar o impacto da transformação digital no sector da educação concretamente no ensino superior em Moçambique. O estudo foi construído através de uma reflexão teórica da revisão da literatura. Neste sentido, a presente pesquisa é baseada numa investigação bibliográfica, apoiada por modelos de natureza teórica que ilustram os conteúdos do tema em estudo. Os resultados do estudo apontam que a transformação digital tem trazido impactos significativos no sector da educação, proporcionando novas formas de aprendizado e ensino. Além disso, os resultados sugerem que a implementação de tecnologias digitais na educação tem um impacto positivo na qualidade da educação e na gestão institucional em instituições de ensino superior em Moçambique. No entanto, é importante destacar a necessidade de superar os desafios relacionados à infraestrutura e à inclusão digital para garantir que todos os estudantes e professores possam se beneficiar dessas tecnologias.
Digital transformation has been an increasingly present reality in society, and it is impacting various sectors, including education. In the context of Mozambique, with the adoption of digital technologies, it is possible to provide new forms of learning and teaching, making the educational process more dynamic and efficient, and it is important to analyze the impacts of this transformation on higher education. In this context, this article aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation in the education sector, specifically in higher education in Mozambique. The study was constructed through a theoretical reflection on the literature review. In this sense, this research is based on a bibliographical investigation, supported by theoretical models that illustrate the contents of the topic under study. The results of the study indicate that digital transformation has had a significant impact on the education sector, providing new forms of learning and teaching. In addition, the results suggest that the implementation of digital technologies in education has a positive impact on the quality of education and institutional management in higher education institutions in Mozambique. However, it is important to highlight the need to overcome challenges related to infrastructure and digital inclusion to ensure that all students and teachers can benefit from these technologies.
