Este relatório permite dar cumprimento à etapa final do plano de estudos para o Grau de Mestre em Gestão de Recursos Florestais. Tem como objetivo geral descrever a atividade profissional que desenvolvi na empresa FLORESTGAL, na qual fiz o meu estágio e na qual, até aos dias de hoje, me encontro a trabalhar como técnica. O trabalho pretende ainda descrever a atividade da empresa pública FLORESTGAL.
A abordagem seguida tem como principal motivação as minhas contribuições profissionais para a concretização de diversas atividades e projetos desenvolvidos nos últimos dois anos na empresa, em âmbitos distintos, mas complementares, da gestão florestal. Neste relatório são descritas com algum detalhe o tipo de funções e responsabilidade e as atividades em que participei no âmbito dos seguintes projetos selecionados: Melhoria da resiliência e do valor ambiental das florestas - Quinta das Charas; React13 - melhoria da resiliência e do valor ambiental das florestas - Quinta da Moreirola; e Reestruturação de emergência para a propriedade de Famalicão da Serra.
This report makes it possible to carry out the final stage of the study plan for the Master’s degree in Forest Resources Management. Its general objective is to describe the professional activity that I developed in the company FLORESTGAL, where I did my internship and where, until today, I find myself as a technician. The work also intends to describe the activity of the public company FLORESTGAL. The approach followed has as its main motivation my professional contributions to the implementation of various activities and projects developed in the last two years at the company, in different but complementary areas of forest management. This report describes in some detail the type of functions and responsibilities and the activities in which I participated within the scope of the following selected projects: “Improving the resilience and environmental value of forests - Quinta das Charas; React13 - Improving the resilience and environmental value of forests - Quinta da Moreirola; and Emergency restructuring for the Famalicão da Serra property.
