dc.description.abstractThis article is a review of the PhD research in Educational Sciences that aims to reflect on the relevance of the cognitive aspects in musical performance and how much body language is relevant in an interdisciplinary perspective regarding the body-mind- instrument integration in development artistic- musical. The research based on the mapping of the literature on the neuroscientific studies that approach the processes of fruition and musical interpretation performed the evaluation of the perception by professionals and music students in Brazil. We investigated the actions, representations and thoughts, whose mental processes allow the communication of the musician, such as the cognitive, motivational and emotional processes that manifest themselves integrating themselves in the construction and result of musical performancept_PT
