Abstract(s)
O presente relatório descreve o estágio curricular realizado na empresa DGPW - Instalações Técnicas, pertencente ao Grupo DG, que atua nas áreas da engenharia, construção civil e instalações técnicas. O estágio teve como principal objetivo adquirir experiência prática no setor da engenharia, através da integração nos departamentos de Orçamentação/Comercial e Produção, permitindo compreender o funcionamento interno da empresa e a importância da gestão
orçamental e produtiva na execução e orçamentação de projetos.
A metodologia adotada consistiu na observação e participação direta nas diferentes fases do processo de orçamentação e planeamento, incluindo a análise de projetos, a elaboração e revisão de mapas de quantidades, o pedido e comparação de propostas de fornecedores e a estruturação final dos orçamentos através do software CCS Candy.
Os resultados obtidos permitiram compreender de forma mais abrangente as etapas e critérios envolvidos na orçamentação e na coordenação da produção, bem como identificar, por exemplo, as diferenças entre processos aplicados a clientes privados e entidades públicas. As etapas e metodologias vão ser abordadas ao longo dos capítulos deste relatório.
This report describes the curricular internship carried out at the company DGPW - Instalações Técnicas, part of Grupo DG, which operates in the areas of engineering, civil construction, and technical installations. The main objective of the internship was to acquire practical experience in the engineering sector, through integration into the Budgeting/Commercial and Production departments, allowing an understanding of the company’s internal operations and the importance of budgetary and production management in project execution and estimation. The methodology adopted consisted of observation and direct participation in the different phases of the estimation and planning process, including project analysis, preparation and review of quantity take-off sheets, request and comparison of supplier proposals, and final structuring of budgets using the CCS Candy software. The results obtained allowed a more comprehensive understanding of the steps and criteria involved in estimation and production coordination, as well as the identification, for example, of the differences between processes applied to private clients and public entities. The steps and methodologies will be addressed throughout the chapters of this report.
