The European Welfare State, began to decline due to its characteristics expenses and difficulty in recovering from the financial crisis in 2009 that shook the United States. To the serious financial problems, others joined in, showing with structural weaknesses rethink the entire political system of welfare and social. What new paradigms are emerging to address the existing weaknesses? How the State can act to meet new challenges?
