Resumo(s)
The objective of this work is to determine what variables of them incorporated in the present analysis; they explain the innovation in the food and agriculture sector of the region of Galician and North of Portugal. The methodology utilized has consisted of applying an analysis cluster to the data obtained on an assembly of representative businesses of the population of companies of this sector of activity. The result obtained carries us to conclude that all the variables introduced in the model have incident on the innovation, except the business size.
