O presente plano de negócios foi desenvolvido com vista à implementação do empreendimento
“Nacional Dibarce”, uma empresa de compra e venda por grosso de produtos agrícolas. O ponto
diferenciador deste projeto, em relação a outros negócios que operam no mesmo ramo, assenta
principalmente na questão do ponto de venda, que estará sediado no local onde o publico alvo terá
comodidade e acesso fácil aos produtos. Pretende-se encurtar todo o processo de obtenção do produto
até à disponibilização ao consumidor final. Numa primeira fase, é descrita a ideia de negócio e é feita a
caracterização da empresa “Nacional Dibarce”, em termos de estrutura societária e de recurso humanos
e materiais. De seguida identificam-se os produtos a comercializar e descreve-se o plano de marketing.
Posteriormente, identificam-se os investimentos a realizar e o financiamento da atividade. Numa
segunda fase, é testada a viabilidade económica do negócio através da elaboração de um plano
financeiro, onde se estimam os rendimentos obtidos e os gastos necessários para obter os rendimentos.
Com base nas demonstrações financeiras previsionais obtidas, calculam-se indicadores e rácios para
uma avaliação económico-financeira do negócio. A implementação do projeto é considerada uma mais-
valia para o sector agrícola e para o desenvolvimento e crescimento do concelho de Santa Cruz e do
país, em geral. O investimento que se pretende realizar mostra indicadores económicos e financeiros
satisfatórios, apresenta um Valor Atual Líquido de 204.023€, uma Taxa Interna de Rentabilidade de
131% e um Prazo de Recuperação de Investimento de 1,7 anos, embora apresente alguns riscos
inerentes ao próprio sector de investimento e às características do país.
This business plan has been developed with a view to the implementation of the "Nacional Dibarce" enterprise, a company for the purchase and wholesale of agricultural products. The differentiating point of this project, in relation to other businesses operating in the same field, is mainly based on the issue of the point of sale, which will be based in the place where the target audience will have convenience and easy access to the products. It is intended to shorten the entire process of obtaining the product until it is made available to the final consumer. In the first phase, the business idea is described, and the characterization of the company "Nacional Dibarce" is made, in terms of corporate structure and human and material resources. Next, the products to be marketed are identified and the marketing plan is described. Subsequently, the investments to be made and the financing of the activity are presented. In a second phase, the economic viability of the business is tested through the preparation of a financial plan, where the income obtained and the expenses necessary to obtain the income are forecasted. Based on the forecasted financial statements, indicators and ratios are calculated for an economic and financial evaluation of the business. The implementation of the project is considered relevant for the agricultural sector and for the development and growth of the municipality of Santa Cruz and the country in general. The investment that is intended to be made shows satisfactory economic and financial indicators since it has a Net Present Value 204.023 euros, an IRR of 131% and a payback period of 1,7 years , although it presents some risks inherent to the investment sector itself and to the characteristics of the country.
