O processo de internacionalização da educação superior não é recente no contexto histórico da educação. Este processo pode ser definido como trocas internacionais relacionadas à educação e pode ser realizada em diversas formas, como a presença de estrangeiros e estudantes-convênios num determinado campus, grau de imersão internacional no currículo, entre outros. Desta forma, políticas foram implementadas para contribuir no contexto internacional do currículo das instituições de ensino, aprimorando mobilidades capazes de auxiliar no desenvolvimento de aspetos profissionais e pessoais dos docentes e gestores.
Sendo assim, este estudo tem por objetivo compreender as implicações do processo de dupla-diplomação, considerado como uma das mobilidades internacionais apresentadas ao decorrer deste trabalho, na formação profissional de estudantes da licenciatura de Administração da Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR), do campus Curitiba e do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (IPB). Para isso, realizou-se um estudo quantitativo e descritivo, com o intuito de recolher informações de estudantes envolvidos no processo de Dupla-Diplomação oferecido pela UTFPR. Como recurso de análise, recorreu-se à análise descritiva exploratória, visando auxiliar na interpretação de dados recolhidos na investigação, a partir de categorias analíticas previamente definidas. Com o intuito de realizar o tratamento dos dados de maneira efetiva, foi possível extrair informações sobre os dados sociodemográficos dos participantes da amostra e levantar perceções sobre as motivações, expectativas profissionais, bem como aspetos dos processos e procedimentos vinculados às instituições envolvidas.
Dos resultados obtidos em relação à formação profissional dos estudantes, percebeu-se que os mais pertinentes estão voltados à ampliação do potencial de empregabilidade em outro país, qualificação profissional e preparação para uma carreira internacional. No contexto comportamental, alguns aspetos foram considerados como fatores decisivos para a participação do estudante no programa de mobilidade, podendo citar a satisfação com a experiência proporcionada pelo IPB, conhecimento de outras culturas e qualidade e custo de vida no país.
The internationalization process of higher education is not recent in the historical context of education. This process can be defined as international exchanges related to education and can be carried out in several ways, such as the presence of foreigners and student-agreements in a specific campus, degree of international immersion in the curriculum, among others. In this way, policies were implemented to contribute in the international context of the curriculum of educational institutions, improving mobility capable of assisting in the development of professional and personal aspects of teachers and managers. Therefore, this study aims to understand the implications of the double-degree process, considered as one of the international mobility presented during this work, in the professional training of students in the Business Management bachelor at Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR), at campus of Curitiba and Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (IPB). For this, a quantitative and descriptive study was carried out, in order to collect information from students involved in the internationalization process and participants in the Double-Diploma program offered by UTFPR. As an analysis resource, exploratory descriptive analysis was used, aiming to assist in the interpretation of data collected in the research, from previously defined analytical categories. In order to carry out the treatment of data effectively it was possible to extract information about the sociodemographic data of the sample participants and to raise perceptions about the motivations, professional expectations, as well as aspects of the processes and procedures linked to the institutions involved. From the results obtained in relation to the students' professional training, it was noticed that the most relevant ones are aimed at expanding the potential of employability in another country, professional qualification and preparation for an international career. In the behavioural context, some aspects were considered as decisive factors for the student's participation in the mobility program, which can cite satisfaction with the experience provided by IPB, knowledge of other cultures, quality and cost of living in the country.
