| dc.description.abstract | Este artigo tem como objetivo debater um caminho de reflexão no âmbito dos direitos humanos, por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa do tipo bibliográfica. O texto parte dos estudos de D’Ambrosio, Vergani, Benevides, Mignolo e Ballestrini, e busca aproximar direitos humanos e etnomatemática. Como experiência de pensamento, este estudo propicia uma releitura histórica para a compreensão do sistema mundo, destacando a colonialidade enraizada no sistema educativo desde o período colonial até os dias atuais, onde o conhecimento europeu é legitimado como marco científico, acadêmico e mundial, invisibilizando os saberes de grupos subalternos. | dc.description.abstract | This article aims to discuss a path of reflection in the field of human rights, through a qualitative approach of the bibliographic type. The text starts from the studies of D'Ambrosio, Vergani, Benevides, Mignolo and Ballestrini, and seeks to bring together human rights and ethnomathematics. As a thought experience, this study provides a historical rereading for the understanding of the world system, highlighting the coloniality rooted in the educational system from the colonial period to the present day, where European knowledge is legitimized as a scientific, academic and world framework, making the knowledge of subordinate groups invisible.
