O presente relatório visa demonstrar o trabalho realizado ao longo do estágio na empresa ITSector no âmbito do Mestrado em Sistemas de Informação.
O trabalho consistiu no desenvolvimento de duas plataformas web com base na framework.NET.
Uma plataforma de atendimento e gestão de contatos com os clientes para utilização
pelas sucursais e centro de contatos. Surge no contexto de desenvolver a migração para Internet Explorer 11. O objetivo é contribuir para a permanente melhoria desta ferramenta, reconhecida no sistema financeiro nacional, como uma mais valia no apoio à atividade comercial.
O segundo projeto consiste numa plataforma cuja solução é efetuar processamento de
pagamentos e salários que vai permitir ao banco realizar de forma remota cumprindo ao mesmo tempo as necessidades do banco em termos de automação de processos e relatórios para o banco central. O processo deverá fluir sem a necessidade de intervenção manual da equipa (para além de receber os ficheiros). Para o cliente, este processo irá fornecer uma maneira rápida e flexível para realizar os pagamentos.
The current report purpose to demonstrate the work carried out during the internship at the ITSector company within the scope of the Master in Information Systems. The job consisted on the development of two web platforms based on the .NET framework. A platform of customer service and contact management to be used by branches and contact centers. It arises in the context of the migration development to Internet Explorer 11. The goal is to contribute to the permanent improvement of this tool, recognized in the national financial system, as an added value in support of commercial activity. The second project consists of a platform which solution is to process payments and salaries that will enable the bank to perform remotely while meeting the bank's needs in terms of process automation and reporting to the central bank. The process should ow without the need of team manual intervention (in addition to receiving the files). For the customer, this process will provide a quick and exible way to make payments.
