Thelogisticsforharvestingtooccurmustbeorganizedaccordingtothemaximumischemiatimesupportedbyeachorganandthetransplantproceduretobeperformed;themaxi mumtimesfortheseinBrazilare4hoursforaheart,4to6hoursforalung,12hoursforaliverandpancreas,andupto48hoursforthekidneys[3].
