A expansão do acesso a informação trouxe diversas mudanças a sociedade, uma delas
refere-se ao fato de os consumidores estarem cada vez mais interessados em ter conhecimento
sobre os processos da cadeia produtiva dos alimentos, que consomem diariamente.
Essa mudança trouxe diversos desafios aos governos e empresas do setor alimentício, sendo
um deles o de identificar meios de rastrear a cadeia produtiva desde a origem até ao consumidor,
visando melhorar a segurança alimentar de um país. Neste contexto uma das
abordagens mais comuns são uso e implementação de sistemas de rastreabilidades digitais,
cujo o objetivo é inspeccionar o processo de produção, informando o consumidor de
forma detalhada sobre o mesmo, dando-lhe o poder de decidir entre consumir ou não um
produto, direccionando o mercado para atitudes mais sustentáveis. O presente trabalho
visa apresentar um sistema de rastreabilidade, desde o levantamento de requisitos e etapas
de desenvolvmento, até a disponibilização de uma solução integrada. A solução proposta
integra todas as diversas fases da cadeia, usando conceitos da tecnologia blockchain, útil
tanto para os agentes internos da cadeia, quanto para os consumidores. Dessa forma
visou-se trazer uma solução para o problema descrito, com uso de tecnlogias em ascensão,
que tem por objetivo contribuir com a cadeia de valor agroalimentar.
The expansion of access to information brought several changes to society, one of which is the fact that consumers are interested in knowing about the processes of the food production chain, which they consume daily.This change introduced challenges to the government and companies in the food sector, one of them is to identify ways to trace a production chain from the origin to the consumer, to improve the food security of a country. In this context, one of the most common approaches is the use and development of digital traceability systems, whose objective is to inspect the production process, informing the consumer in detail about it, giving him the power to decide whether or not to consume a product, directing the market towards more sustainable attitudes. The present work aims to present a traceability system since requirements and all development stages, to the deploy stage. The proposed solution integrates all the different phases of the chain, using blockchain technology concepts, useful both for internal agents in the chain and for consumers. Thus, the aim was to bring a solution to the problem described, using emerging technologies, which aims to contribute to an agri-food value chain.
