Abstract(s)

There is an urgent need to reflect on the level of professional teaching quality in the domain and use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the Mozambican teaching-learning process. The Technological Education Plan has been implemented in Mozambique, but it is now important to understand the spectrum of this implementation and what changes it has stimulated. Thus, this critical reflection has as main objective to understand the didactic and pedagogical practices that resort to ICT and that occur in the classrooms of General Secondary Education in Mozambique. To carry out a multiple case study, in this text, we intend to answer the question: How did the implementation of the Technological Plan for Education improve the teaching-learning process in Mozambican secondary education?
