Abstract(s)
Management Institute).

In this perspective, this work aims to show an analysis of Project Management with the practices of the BIM methodology, in order to enrich such process assimilation. The methodology used is based on bibliographic research, using material published by authors from the digital transformation scenario, project management, BIM methodology, in addition to documentary material published by PMI (Project Management Institute). The result of the research shows the analysis of project management with the use of the BIM methodology and mediations in the three basic pillars: people, processes and software, with a focus on the areas of knowledge considered main, by the master's student, deadline and cost. It appears that the BIM methodology used in project management brings considerable positive results for a company that uses such disciplines, reaching the initial objectives: optimization, quality improvement and organization of processes.
