dc.description.abstractTechnology is a very important dimension to explain quality better than behaviours, in both Fitness Centres. FBs technology shows a higher explained for quality and behaviours compared to TFCs. Such results indicate technology as an explanatory dimension of quality perceptions and loyalty behaviours with different results by business model.pt_PT
