Abstract(s)
sistemas rurais. No quadro das ICC, o Design tem
manifestado um crescente comprometimento na
mudança do mercado ao impulsionar a inovação
social, a inovação tecnológica e a inovação
dos serviços culturais. O presente trabalho não
pretende unicamente entender o setor cultural
Pretendemos compreender a autossustentabilidade
cultura local. Para o modelo de análise, optámos
por uma metodologia qualitativa: Research in
Design Context.
integraram perguntas diretas, abertas e follow
up.
How can the boost to artistic / creative projects in rural environments promote good practices in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI)? This research follows from the diffuse understanding of the model and the instrumental value of CCI for sustainable development in rural contexts. Studies carried out in rural environments confirm that the rise of the cultural and creative Industries is a phenomenon applied not only to an urban ecosystem, but also in the countryside. Within the CCI, design has shown a growing involvement with a sustainable economy to drive social innovation, technological innovation and cultural services innovation. Our aims are not only understand the cultural and creative sector in rural environments, but also to present aggregating solutions between rural communities and creative agents, through Service Design Thinking methods, with reference to Sete Sóis Sete Luas Cultural Network (SSSLCN) at Alfândega da Fé (AF). The field study is limited (for feasibility) to the SSSLCN at AF for better understand the process/instrumental value of CCI in rural environments. Our purpose is to understand the self-sustainability of the territories, and how the SSSLCN can promote social innovation through local culture. For the analysis model we chose a qualitative methodology: Research in Design Context. During the preliminary study and the formulation of hypotheses, we collected and organised information based on Grounded Theory model. Three interviews were conducted: one with the Mayor of Alfândega da Fé, one with the head officer for Cultural and Tourism Affairs, and the third with the SSSL Artistic Director. The three scripts combined direct, open and follow up questions. We also analyse data collected through observations and documental research. The propose of this paper is launch hypotheses for an innovation model in rural environments, which encourage setting up creative clusters and local networks to promote visibility and sustainability of these territories.
