A cidade inteligente é a aposta para o futuro em que se possa manter uma qualidade de vida e pleno desenvolvimento dos cidadãos que nelas residem e que irão residir.
Até 2050 mais da metade da população irá morar em centros urbanos o que cria a necessidade de se desenvolver centros urbanos que “trabalhem” em prol a essa grande demanda populacional que está a emigrar das áreas rurais para as áreas urbanas.
Embora diversos autores tentem definir cidade inteligente, todos os que tentam convertem o conceito para um foco comum, Governo, Economia, Mobilidade, Meio Ambiente, Pessoas e Qualidade de vida.
Todos os conceitos abordados para uma cidade inteligente são importantes no geral, porém abordando a mobilidade urbana é onde apostaremos e levaremos o conceito de cidade inteligente para o interior brasileiro.
Os conceitos de cidades inteligentes são pouco difundidos nas cidades do interior brasileiro, pesquisas nos mostram o conhecimento da população em relação ao tema, mas também nos mostram a necessidade que a população tem em melhorar a sua mobilidade urbana. Desenvolver tal mecanismo faz com que apostemos em um conceito até então inovador e de alta tecnologia integrada, porém, uma tecnologia que a população das cidades do interior tem acesso em suas mãos.
Não tão distante a cidade de Dracena, uma cidade pequena para os padrões brasileiro, que até a presente tese possui pouco mais de 47 mil habitantes, acredita possuir os requisitos necessários para desenvolver elementos inteligentes em sua essência.
O desenvolvimento de um aplicativo que regule o estacionamento do centro da cidade de Dracena, e que seja de fácil monitoramento e utilização por parte da população, é uma aposta que deverá ser uma, mais valia para o desenvolvimento da cidade e melhorar a qualidade de vida dos seus cidadãos.
The smart city is the bet for the future where a quality of life and full development of the citizens who will reside in them can be maintained. By 2050, more than half of the population will live in urban centers, which creates the need to develop urban centers that “work” in favor of this large population demand that is migrating from rural to urban areas. Although several authors try to define the smart city, all those who try to convert the concept to a common focus, Government, Economy, Mobility, Environment, People and Quality of life. All concepts addressed for a smart city are important in general, but addressing urban mobility is where we will bet and take the smart city concept to the Brazilian countryside. The concepts of smart cities are not widespread in cities in the interior of Brazil, research shows us the knowledge of the population in relation to the topic, but also show us the need that the population has to improve their urban mobility. Developing a mechanism to improve urban mobility in cities makes us bet on a concept that was previously innovative and of integrated high technology, however, a technology that the population of cities in the interior has access to in their hands. The development of an application that regulates the parking lots in the city center, and that is easy to monitor and use, is a bet that should be one, but it was worth it for the development of smart cities in the interior of Brazil.
