Abstract(s)
Neste estudo participaram 90 colaboradores, de um total de 103 colaboradores, da Obra Social Padre Miguel (OSPM), em Bragança. Sendo que o objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a cultura organizacional numa Instituição Particulares de Solidariedade Social (IPSS) e avaliar os níveis de satisfação laboral dos colaboradores da IPSS, nomeadamente na OSPM. Pretendeu-se também, com esta investigação conhecer a influência que as variáveis sociodemográficas exercem nas variáveis em estudo.
A satisfação dos colaboradores é um fator importante para a eficiência e aumento da produtividade das organizações, tendo em vista que um colaborador insatisfeito é um colaborador improdutivo, desta forma, é relevante saber o que influencia na satisfação no trabalho dos colaboradores em uma organização e de que forma a cultura organizacional pode ter impacto no nível de satisfação.
Este estudo é importante em todas as organizações. Porém, torna-se essencial em Instituições Particulares de Solidariedade Social, onde o Capital Humano é determinante e a principal chave do sucesso, pois são estes que prestam os serviços ao utente e será a partir deles que será denotada a imagem da Instituição, sendo necessário conhecer o que conduz à sua satisfação. Além disso, os aspetos culturais podem ser importantes para o desempenho da instituição.
Por fim, os resultados demonstram que os tipos de cultura que sobressaem na OSPM, são a Cultura de Apoio e Cultura de Inovação, mas que os colaboradores claramente valorizam regras e objetivos. Verificando-se que a cultura tem efetivamente impacto na satisfação dos colaboradores. Estes dados corroboram as investigações consultadas na revisão de literatura.
In this study, 90 employees participated, from a total of 103 employees, from the Obra Social Padre Miguel (OSPM), in Bragança. This study aimed to evaluate the organizational culture in an IPSS and evaluate the levels of job satisfaction of Instituições Particulares de Solidariedade Social (IPSS) employees, particularly at OSPM. It was also intended, with this investigation to know the influence that sociodemographic variables exert on the variables under study. Employee satisfaction is an important factor for the efficiency and increase of the productivity of organizations, considering that a dissatisfied employee is an unproductive employee, so it is relevant to know what influences the job satisfaction of employees in an organization and how organizational culture can impact the level of satisfaction. This study is important in all organizations. However, it becomes essential in Private Institutions of Social Solidarity, where Human Capital is decisive and the main key to success, because they are the ones who provide the services to the user and it will be from them that the image of the Institution will be denoted, being necessary to know what leads to their satisfaction. In addition, cultural aspects can be important for the performance of the institution. Finally, the results show that the types of culture that overlap in OSPM, are the Culture of Support and Culture of Innovation, but that employees value rules and objectives. Therefore, culture has an effective impact on employee satisfaction. These data corroborate the investigations consulted in the literature review.
