Num mercado pautado por inúmeras aplicações móveis para todos os fins, não se vislumbra atualmente uma aplicação integradora de conteúdos, sejam culturais ou comerciais, para o apoio ao turista aquando da deslocação a Mirandela. As aplicações do género que existem atualmente para o setor do turismo são limitadas em termos de conteúdo e oferta cultural e as aplicações com fins comerciais apenas comunicam com os respetivos parceiros e não têm conteúdo cultural.
Neste trabalho é apresentada uma arquitetura para a implementação de uma aplicação móvel de apoio ao turista quando ele se encontra a visitar Mirandela em que aos pontos de interesse se juntam conteúdos de âmbito comercial.
Esta solução permite ao turista ter apenas uma aplicação em que integre os conteúdos que ele desejar/subscrever tanto de âmbito cultural como a nível comercial criando um perfil universal parametrizável que pode ser acedido por qualquer uma das entidades no sistema.
Além do turista sair beneficiado com esta solução que lhe facilita a exploração dos pontos de interesse em Mirandela, também as entidades envolvidas no sistema sairão beneficiadas porque conseguem aumentar a divulgação dos seus produtos e/ou serviços e com isso aumentar o seu potencial de mercado e consequentemente as suas vendas.
In a market dominated by many mobile applications for all purposes, there is currently no visible application of cultural content or commercial content to support the tourist when traveling to Mirandela. Such applications currently available to the tourism industry are limited in content and cultural offerings, and commercial applications only communicate with their partners and have no cultural content. This work presents an framework of a mobile application implementation to support the tourist information needs when he is visiting Mirandela in which interest points are combined with commercial content. This solution allows the tourist to have only one application that integrates the contents that he wishes/subscribe, both cultural and commercial, creating a parametrizable universal profile that can be accessed by any of the entities in the system. In addition to the tourist benefiting from this solution that facilitates the exploration of interest points in Mirandela, the entities involved in the system will also benefit because they are able to increase the dissemination of their products and/or services and thereby increase their market potential and consequently their sales.
