| dc.description.abstract | With the aim of obtaining potential anti-tumoural thienocarbazoles by a ring B convergent method of synthesis, o-halodiarylacetamides were prepared by copper assisted C-N coupling from 2-bromo-iodobenzene and 6-acetamido-2,3,5-trimethylbenzo[b]thiophene, prepared from the 6-acetyl compound. | |
