O presente relatório advém da concretização do estágio curricular, na empresa Açores
DMO, localizada em Ponta Delgada, S. Miguel, no âmbito do Mestrado em Marketing
Turístico, na Escola Superior de Comunicação, Administração e Turismo do Instituto
Politécnico de Bragança. O seu propósito é relatar as atividades desenvolvidas no período
de estágio.Primeiramente é realizada uma revisão bibliográfica relativa ao Marketing Digital,
ao Turismo e à Sustentabilidade, interpelando temas como o marketing digital, o marketing
turístico e o turismo sustentável. De seguida, é feita uma breve contextualização do
Arquipélago dos Açores, assim como da importância do turismo e da sustentabilidade para
o mesmo. Na terceira parte, é apresentada a entidade de acolhimento, a sua estrutura,
funções, os seus objetivos, projetos e por último uma análise da sua presença no digital. A
quarta parte diz respeito ao estágio curricular, são descritas as atividades realizadas e as
ferramentas utilizadas. E por fim é realizada uma análise critica relativa ao estágio
concretizado.
The present work comes from the completion of the curricular internship, at the company Açores DMO, located in Ponta Delgada, on the island of S. Miguel, as part of the Master's Degree in Tourism Marketing, at the Higher School of Communication, Administration and Tourism of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança. It aims to describe the activities developed throughout the internship. The first part of the work consists of a bibliographical review relating to Digital Marketing, Tourism and Sustainability, covering topics such as digital marketing, tourism marketing and sustainable tourism. Next, a small contextualization of the Autonomous Region of the Azores is given, as well as the importance of tourism and sustainability for the Azores. In the third part, the host entity is presented, its structure, functions, its objectives, projects and finally an analysis of its digital presence. The fourth part concerns the curricular internship, describing the activities carried out and the tools used. Finally, a critical analysis is done.
