Abstract(s)
A utilização de fontes renováveis para produção de energia elétrica está associada à procura por diferentes alternativas que supram a demanda interna dos países, diminuindo, assim, a dependência do mercado de combustíveis fósseis. A consolidação dos mecanismos para a utilização da energia solar fotovoltaica para produção de energia elétrica favorece a elaboração de projetos de sistemas fotovoltaicos. O presente estudo envolve o dimensionamento de um sistema fotovoltaico de 118,8 kWp conectado à rede elétrica, para o Instituto Politécnico de Bragança. Para tanto, foram utilizadas ferramentas teóricas e computacionais. O desempenho do sistema foi avaliado por meio da produção de energia, da relação de desempenho e da eficiência do sistema. A validação dos dados por meio da ferramenta virtual PVsyst e a avaliação da eficiência energética comprovam a viabilidade deste trabalho. A produção anual obtida foi de aproximadamente 194 MWh e relação de desempenho de 86,1%. Por fim, critérios de análise econômica, como o valor atual líquido de aproximadamente 45.000 €, a taxa interna de rentabilidade de 8,03% que se apresenta superior à taxa de atualização de 4,03% e o período de retorno do investimento de 14 anos, apontam indicadores financeiros favoráveis à implantação do projeto.
The use of renewable sources for electric energy production is related to the search for different energy sources as alternatives to supply the countries internal demand, decreasing, thus, the dependence on fossil fuels. The consolidation of the mechanisms for the use of photovoltaic solar energy to produce electricity supports the development of photovoltaic systems projects. The present study describes analyses carried out on sizing and simulating of a 118,8 kWp photovoltaic system connected to the electrical grid located in the Instituto Politécnico de Bragança. Therefore, theoretical and computational tools were used. The system performance was evaluated through the total energy generated, performance ratio, and system efficiency. Furthermore, the data validation made using the virtual tool PVsyst and the evaluation of energy efficiency of the system prove the viability of this work. The annual production has been found to be 194 MWh and the performance ratio 86,1%. Finally, criteria for economic analysis, as net present value, internal rate of profitability and payback period has been calculated as 45.000 €, 8,03%, that is higher than the refresh rate of 4,03%, and 14 years, respectively, show favorable financial indicators for project implementation.
