O presente trabalho de projeto visa descrever uma ideia de negócio baseada na cultura, moda, estamparia, sustentabilidade e ecologia, através de um plano de negócios. Os principais produtos a comercializar são calças, saias, vestidos, camisas e acessórios, vendidos através de uma loja online. Na loja estarão presentes todos os produtos da empresa e um formulário de preenchimento para os clientes que desejem comprar produtos personalizados. Uma das principais vantagens do cliente será a customização dos produtos e a estamparia exclusiva. Os produtos e serviços serão direcionados para um segmento de clientes que valoriza a cultura e a tradição, e para aqueles que veem a moda como uma oportunidade de preservar os valores culturais incorporados nas roupas, e também para os que se preocupam com a exclusividade, qualidade, da sustentabilidade e ecologia. A empresa terá a sua sede na cidade de Bragança e terá 5 colaboradores. A futura empresa pretende proporcionar à população uma ideia inovadora ligada à moda e cultura portuguesas, e também contribuir para o bem-estar do ambiente através do upcycle do vestuário. De acordo com o plano financeiro, quer a demostração dos resultados quer os métodos de avaliação do projeto, permitem concluir pela viabilidade económico-financeira do projeto, recomendando a sua implementação.
This study aims to describe a business idea in the textile sector (clothing), based in national culture, fashion, stamping, sustainability, and ecology, through a business plan. The main products that will be marketed are pants, skirts, dresses, shirts, and some accessories, which will all be sold in an online store through the company's website. One of the main advantages for the buyers will be the possibility of customization of the products and exclusive stamping. For this purpose, a virtual filling form will be available for costumers to fill out through the website. This business’s target consumers are those who value fashion as a way of preserving and embodying our country’s culture and traditions and who also look for uniqueness and good quality products without overlooking sustainability and ecology The firm’s head office will be placed in Bragança city and have 5 employees. The company intends to offer an innovative idea linked to Portuguese fashion and culture, in addition to promoting the well-being of the environment through upcycling clothes. According to the financial plan, both the income statements which show significant profits as well as other evaluation methods (Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period) confirm the business’s economical and financial viability, hence supporting its implementation.
