| dc.description.abstract | O presente plano de negócios foi desenvolvido para o empreendimento Anahata’s Resort & Off Road Park, que é composto por um conjunto de bungalows com tipologias diferentes e ainda uma unidade hoteleira com doze quartos, vocacionado para o turismo de desporto motorizado. O ponto diferenciador deste projeto, em relação a outras unidades hoteleiras da região assenta, principalmente, na pista de motocross já existente, onde se realizam provas dos campeonatos nacionais de motocross, aliado a uma excelente localização na vila de Vieira do Minho. Este trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar a viabilidade económica e financeira do referido investimento, que irá aumentar a oferta turística e desportiva da atual pista de motocross. Para o efeito, foi realizada uma análise de toda a envolvente do Anahata’s Resort & Off Road Park de forma a perceber o impacto, a nível local e regional, que o projeto poderá oferecer, assim como os possíveis riscos que se poderão correr com a realização do referido investimento. Dado que, o projeto foi elaborado com base na estimativa de diversas variáveis efetuou-se uma análise de sensibilidade e de cenários de modo a evidenciar os riscos inerentes ao investimento. A implementação deste projeto de investimento, para além de ser considerado uma mais valia para o desenvolvimento da região, principalmente do concelho de Vieira do Minho, também poderá ser positivo para a economia nacional, uma vez que Portugal é um país, cada vez mais, vocacionado para o turismo, o qual tem vindo a aumentar ao longo dos últimos anos, com uma aposta cada vez maior no desporto motorizado. O investimento que se pretende realizar na Anahata’s Resort & Off Road Park apresenta indicadores económicos e financeiros satisfatórios, no entanto, apresenta alguns riscos inerentes a este tipo de investimento, dado o seu caracter inovador, assim como o risco do próprio setor. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present business plan was developed for the Anahata’s Resort & Off Road Park, a place composed of a set of bungalows with different typologies and also a hotel unit with twelve rooms, dedicated to motorsports tourism. The differentiating point of this project, in relation to other hotel units, consists mainly on the existing motocross track, where national motocross championships races are held together with an excellent location with the surrounding nature, combined with an excellent location in the village of Vieira do Minho. This work aims at the evaluation of the economic and financial viability of this investment, which will allow touristic and sports offer growth when compared to the existing motocross track. For this purpose, an analysis of the entire environment of Anahata's Resort & Off Road Park was carried out in order to understand the impact at local and regional levels that the project may offer, as well as the possible risks that may be taken with in its implementation. Given that the project was prepared based on the estimation of several variables, both sensitivity and scenarios analysis were elaborated in order to evidence the risk inherent to the investment. The implementation of this investment project, in addition to being considered an asset for the development of the region, especially in the municipality of Vieira do Minho, may also be positive for the national economy, since Portugal is an increasingly dedicated country to tourism, which has been rising over the last few years, with an increasing focus on motorsports. The investment that is intended to be made in Anahata’s Resort & Off Road Park presents satisfactory economic and financial indicators, however, it presents some risks inherent to this type of investment given its innovative character, as well as the risk of the sector itself. | pt_PT |
