Abstract(s)
Nos últimos anos a tecnologia domótica teve uma evolução muito significativo. Toda
essa evolução em termos funcionais só foi possível suportada nos desenvolvimentos da
tecnologia em domínios como a eletrónica, telecomunicações e informática.
Portanto, o objetivo deste projeto é fazer controlo do sistema de aquecimento na
residência pousadinha do Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (IPB) de forma eficiente, de
modo a garantir poupança energética, o conforto térmico por parte das pessoas e facilidade
de utilização, aplicando a tecnologia domótica EIB/KNX no edifício.
Nesse contexto, almeja-se controlar a temperatura nos quartos de forma individual,
em função da ocupação dos quartos e da temperatura ambiente de modo a garantir o
conforto no interior dos mesmos. Pretende-se desenvolver um sistema de controlo que
faça a supervisão, em que as pessoas podem configurar o sistema de aquecimento fazendo
arranque e paragem remotamente com base em tecnologia domótica, em que se tem um
controlador local Programmable logic controller (PLC) que comunique com uma rede
KNX que contém um conjunto de elementos de controladores na rede.
Também pretende-se criar um sistema de reserva em que tem uma base de dados
com ocupação e os dias em que os quartos vão estar ocupados na base de dados, as reservas
são feitas com base numa aplicação que é distribuída pelo telemóvel ou pelo um
browser em que as pessoas de serviços e pessoas que quiserem fazer reserva podem acessar.

Therefore, the objective of this project is to efficiently control the heating system in the IPB (Polytechnic Institute of Bragança) residence, in order to ensure energy savings, thermal comfort for people and ease of use, applying technology EIB/KNX home automation in the building. In this context, the aim is to control the temperature in the rooms individually, depending on the occupancy of the rooms and the ambient temperature in order to ensure comfort inside them. The aim is to develop a control system for supervision, in which people can configure the heating system by starting and stopping remotely based on home automation technology, in which there is a local controller (PLC - Programmable logic controller) that communicates with a KNX network that contains a set of controller elements in the network. It is also intended to create a reservation system in which it has a database with occupancy and the days the rooms will be occupied in the database, reservations are made based on an application that is distributed by the mobile phone or by a browser in which service persons and persons wishing to make a reservation may cease to.
