In lhis work we have done a sludy af lhe speciaJ needs and exi sting technical telecommunicalions help for elderly
people and people with disabi lities. A survey is made af services and projects exist in some national companies af
telecommunicalions that provide social, professional and educational inclusion for people with disabiJities and the
