| dc.description.abstract | Apesar de todo o potencial da região, o enoturismo em Trás-os-Montes é incipiente, não existindo uma Rota de Vinhos que consiga agregar a oferta estruturando-a num produto atrativo. Com base numa abordagem qualitativa, tendo como caso de estudo a região vitivinícola de Trs-Os-Montes, definiu-se um plano de ações para a materialização da Rota dos Vinhos de Trás-os-Montes. Atendendo às atuais possibilidades permitidas pelas tecnologias da informação e comunicação e à exigência dos consumidores, considerou-se fundamental a inclusão de tecnologia, no sentido de estruturar um conceito que atenda as expectativas destes públicos, e expresse a prestação de serviços de excelência. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Despite all the potential of the region, wine tourism in Trás-os-Montes (a region in the northern part of Portugal) is incipient, and there is not any established Wine Route that helping structuring the oɣer could transform it in an attractive product. Based on a qualitative approach, using the wine region of Trás-Os-Montes as a case study, an action plan was defned for the materialization Tris-os-Montes Wine Route. Given the current possibilities provided by the information and communication technologies and the consumer demand characteristics, the inclusion of technology was considered fundamental to shape a conception that meets the expectations of these audiences, and expresses the provision of excellent services. | pt_PT |
