| dc.description.abstract | O consumo e a eficiência estão diretamente relacionados quando trata-se de desenvolvimento sustentável. Edifícios energeticamente eficientes devem ser capazes de possibilitar conforto térmico, luminoso e acústico aos utilizadores com o menor consumo energético possível. Para atingir as metas traçadas neste meio pela União Europeia, a maioria dos edifícios devem ser altamente eficientes, e estudos indicam que esses objetivos não serão alcançados sem que haja a exploração do potencial atribuído às habitações existentes, o que se dá através da reabilitação energética. Em Portugal essa reabilitação torna-se significativa devido à dependência energética do país em relação ao exterior, além de apresentar um parque habitacional edificado com em média mais de 40 anos, ou seja, construídos sem qualquer regulamentação térmica. Assim, o objetivo do presente trabalho foi realizar a caracterização energética do parque habitacional da zona de Terras de Trás-Os-Montes, visando contribuir para o desenvolvimento e ampliação da base de dados relativos à este setor. Para isso, foi realizada uma busca exaustiva de dados em órgãos estatísticos, além do desenvolvimento de um inquérito com foco nas envolventes e nos sistemas técnicos, que foi aplicado à profissionais da área de construção civil. A pesquisa compreendeu as construções entre 1980 e 2010, abordando tanto edifícios anteriores quanto posteriores às regulamentações térmicas. Com isso, obtiveram-se representações gráficas e parâmetros relativos às principais seções sujeitas à intervenção, além de serem efetuadas sugestões de possíveis medidas de melhorias, portanto, contribuindo para a evolução do setor de reabilitação energética na construção civil desta região. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Consumption and efficiency are directly related when it comes to sustainable development. Energy-efficient buildings must be able to provide thermal, luminous and acoustic comfort to users with the lowest energy consumption possible. In order to achieve the goals set out in this context by the European Union, most buildings must be highly efficient, and studies indicate that these objectives will not be achieved without exploiting the potential of existing housing, through energy rehabilitation. In Portugal, this rehabilitation becomes significant due to the country's energy dependence on the exterior, as well as presenting a housing stock built with an average of more than 40 years, that is, built without any thermal regulation. Thus, the objective of the present work was to perform the energetic characterization of the housing stock in the Terras de Trás-Os-Montes area, aiming to contribute to the development and expansion of the database related to this sector. For this, a thorough search of data in statistical organs was carried out, as well as the development of a survey with a focus on the envelopes and technical systems, which was applied to professionals in the civil construction area. The survey comprised buildings between 1980 and 2010, addressing both previous and post-thermal buildings. With this, graphical representations and parameters were obtained for the main sections bound to the intervention, besides making suggestions of possible improvements, therefore, contributing to the evolution of the energy rehabilitation sector in the civil construction of this region. | pt_PT |
