Abstract(s)
A investigação visou essencialmente estudar com detalhe como se desenvolve a comunicação
educacional num agrupamento de escolas, com especial atenção para a função que as
Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) desempenham (ou podem desempenhar) no
processo. Pretendeu-se caracterizar esse sistema, com recurso às TIC, identificando-se os
elementos, os fluxos e os recursos utilizados.
Neste estudo, procedeu-se não só à identificação de possíveis obstáculos que ocorrem no
desenvolvimento da comunicação educacional, com recurso às tecnologias, com a indicação de
possíveis melhorias, como se propõem formas que podem facilitar o processo de comunicação
entre os elementos que constituem a comunidade escolar.
Destacam-se neste artigo, uma das vertentes do estudo: a identificação das ocorrências de
comunicação já existentes no agrupamento, como a comunicação com o correio eletrónico,
comunicação com a plataforma Moodle e comunicação com as redes sociais (Facebook).
In a research which studied, in detail, how educational communication is developed in a group of schools, there was a special focus on the function which Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) assume in the process. There was an intention to describe that system, identifying the elements, fluxes and resources used. There was also an identification of possible obstacles in the development of educational communication, the appointment of possible improvements and the suggestions of how the communication process between the elements which make up the school community can be facilitated. In this text, communication practices that already exist within the group are presented and described, namely: communication with e-mail, communication with the Moodle platform and communication through social networks (such as Facebook)
